The Raven’s Conclave exists to provide a safe, welcoming space for curiosity, learning, and respectful exploration.
Participation in the Conclave carries a single expectation:
All members conduct themselves in accordance with The Raven’s Way, the shared feathers outlined below.
There are no additional obligations, beliefs, oaths, or commitments beyond this code.
Each member remains a fully autonomous individual, responsible for their own choices, boundaries, and participation.
Inclusivity & Belonging
All are welcome regardless of background, identity, profession, belief system, or level of experience. Diversity of thought, culture, and expression strengthens the flock and is treated as an asset.
Respect for Persons
Members treat one another with courtesy, kindness, and respect at all times. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or demeaning behavior—spoken or implied—has no place in the Conclave.
Individual Agency & Autonomy
Participation in any discussion, activity, or practice is always optional. Members engage only in what feels comfortable and aligned for them. No one speaks or acts on behalf of another.
Not a Cult — Clear Structure, No Control
The Raven’s Conclave is not a cult.
While there is a designated organizer who coordinates and facilitates gatherings, this role carries no spiritual authority or influence over members’ beliefs, decisions, or personal paths.
Following The Raven’s Way is the only expectation of participation. There are no loyalty demands, hidden commitments, or requirements beyond respectful conduct.
No Dogma, No Hierarchy
The Conclave recognizes no gurus, rankings, or spiritual hierarchies. Knowledge and experience may be shared freely, but no member may impose beliefs or claim authority over others.
Consent & Boundaries
All participation is voluntary. Members respect personal boundaries and do not pressure others into practices, disclosures, beliefs, or experiences. “No” is always sufficient.
Energetic Respect & Group Alignment
We are attentive to the emotional, psychological, and energetic well-being of the group and aim to maintain a positive, collaborative, and grounded atmosphere.
If a member’s behavior or presence consistently disrupts the harmony, safety, or cohesion of the Conclave—or simply does not align with The Raven’s Way—they may be respectfully asked to seek another community that better fits their path. This is done with care and without judgment.
Safety & Responsibility
The Conclave does not promote harm, fear-based practices, coercion, or dependency. Practices shared are for reflective, symbolic, or educational purposes only and are not substitutes for professional care.
Humility & Honest Sharing
Members speak from personal experience rather than presenting opinions as universal truth. Teaching and sharing are offered with humility, openness, and curiosity.
Confidentiality & Trust
Personal stories and experiences shared within the Conclave remain private unless explicit permission is given. Trust is essential to maintaining a safe space.
Grounded Curiosity
Exploration of symbolism, myth, ritual, and esoteric traditions is approached thoughtfully and responsibly. Sensationalism and fear-based narratives are discouraged.
Secular & Well-Held Space
While symbolic and spiritual traditions may be explored, the Conclave remains secular in structure and inclusive in tone. No belief system is required to participate.
Stewardship of the Flock
By choosing to participate, members agree only to uphold The Raven’s Way—to act with respect, integrity, and care for themselves and the flock.
